
Sara Aliza Eisen, an American television journalist, is currently working with CNBC. She serves as co-anchor on CNBC's programming 'Squawkon The Street' as well as Closing Bell'. She is an Ohio native and was not keen on markets or currencies during her time in college. She was an intern at ForexTV.com when she was in school at New York University. It was here that she received the first experience of business news. Then, she graduated with an master's degree in broadcasting at Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism. The work experience was for the duration of four months at Bloomberg TV, Hong Kong. After she returned to US in the fall, she was able working at Bloomberg's office in New York. She became a television anchor in the end. In December 2013 she was employed by CNBC as reporter. Before she was hired as a correspondent on 'Closing Bell as a correspondent, she worked as co-anchoring 'Worldwide Exchange' and Power Lunch'. Eisen is co-anchoring 'Squawk on the Street since 2014. She is among the most revered business journalists today. Since her arrival at CNBC her main focus has been on the global news for consumers.
