LeBron Raymone James Sr. is an American basketball player who plays with the Los Angeles Lakers in the National Basketball Association. He is known by the name of King James and is considered to be one of the best basketball players ever. James has won four NBA championships, four NBA MVPs Three All-Star MVPs, along with 2 Olympic medals. James is the NBA All-Star who has the highest number of playoff points. He also has the second highest career point total and the seventh best assists total in his career. This is an NBA record that he has been an NBA All-Star for 18 years. He was the 3rd player to participate in NBA Finals. Eight of these were consecutive between 2011 to 2018. James was chosen to join the NHL75th Anniversary Team. And in 2022, he became only the third NBA player ever to score more than 10,000 career points. James was a basketball player for St. Vincent St. Mary High School in Akron in Ohio. The school was recognized by the national press as the future NBA super star. He was a top pick for the Cleveland Cavaliers selected him with the number one pick of the NBA draft in 2003. In 2004, he received the title of NBA Rookie. He quickly became one of league's top players and was awarded the NBA MVP award in 2009 & the year 2010. James was not able to secure an award in Cleveland and departed the city as"a "free agent" in 2010. The decision was announced in the TV special The Decision.
